Analysis of sedimentation tanks stability and plant expansion have been carried out as well as geotechnical design and study of sterile material deposits.

 

Environmental protection

Landscape enhancement and buying of check dams for the proper handling of chemicals, which contributes to reducing environmental impacts.

Small cranes

A machine used for cleaning sedimentation tanks as it had to be done manually before. 

Occupational health and safety

Providing an occupational health and safety office equipped with nursing equipment, breathalyzer, individual harness and helmet, improvement of drinking water stations. These actions contribute to the good health and well-being of all workers.

Training for workers

On chemicals, waste management, stress management, personal growth and gender-based violence. These actions promote fair work and strengthening of workers’ skills.

Participating in the IMRB conference: International Mines Rescue Body

Mining rescuers and mining safety companies from all over the world shared their experiences and learned lessons related to mining rescue operations in this meeting.

Supporting cultural groups

Provision of apparel for dance groups of the Technical Agriculture and Forestry Institute.

Supporting children

Supporting Halloween celebrations, Christmas gifts and children’s football team. 

Agents of change

Providing clothing to the young people of the community school. This group advocates for teenage pregnancy and drug abuse prevention among young people living in several townships in the region.

Launching the mining organization’s website

This action improves the mining organization’s external communication, making visible their best mining practices.

To mine rescuers to promote safe work at mining sites and workers’ welfare.
