Was established in 2004 and is a leading global expert on artisanal and small-scale mining (ASM). We work to transform the ASM sector into a socially and environmentally responsible activity, while improving the quality of life of artisanal miners, their families and communities.<\/p>\n

Over the legal counseling center internship program, she worked with the Embera indigenous community from Riosucio, Caldas on indigenous jurisdiction, land rights and reparation and memory processes. She volunteered at the ARM governance team supporting research issues related to the ASM-LSM coexistence. She also carried out analysis and development activities on territorial viability, among other supporting activities for the governance team.
