text_orientation=&#8221;justified&#8221; width=&#8221;81%&#8221; width_tablet=&#8221;&#8221; width_phone=&#8221;100%&#8221; width_last_edited=&#8221;on|phone&#8221; custom_padding=&#8221;||30px|||&#8221;]<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>We have influenced ASM articles for the <strong>Colombian National Development Plan<\/strong> in collaboration with partners such as Foro por Colombia Foundation, UNDP and WWF.<\/li>\n<li>We have made recommendations to <strong>promote ASM regulations in the National Development Plan:<\/strong> Guidelines for mediation and devolution of concession areas towards formalization, information systems for the registration of subsistence miners and differential requirements for granting concession contracts to small-scale miners and beneficiaries of devolution of concession areas.<\/li>\n<li>We have also provided our feedback on the draft resolution addressing the Regulations on Health and Safety at Opencast Mines.<\/li>\n<li>We have participated in <strong>the drafting of the national mining promotion roadmap\/model<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>We have participated in the drafting of public policies on gender equality in the mining sector.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>[\/et_pb_text][\/et_pb_column][et_pb_column type=&#8221;1_2&#8243;
